CI: Details

1.

From the navigation pane, select ITSM > Configuration Management > Configuration Items. The Configuration Items window displays.

From the navigation pane, select Configuration Management > Configuration Items. The Configuration Items window displays.

3.

Select a record in the list. A new window opens, and the Details tab displays.

4.

From the Select Actions drop-down list, choose any of the following actions.

The drop-down list actions change based on the type of blueprint. Therefore, not all actions may be listed below as blueprints may be added or changed from time to time.
